Owldo — Feature
Manual drag-and-drop ordering is a waste of your time. Owldo uses a deterministic engine to automatically group your work into logical sections—Overdue, Today, Later, Anytime, and Someday—so you always know what to tackle next without thinking about it.

Owldo reads your due dates and flags to instantly categorize every task:
Overdue: Past deadlines that need immediate attention.
Today: What is on the docket for the current day.
Later: Scheduled for tomorrow or beyond.
Anytime: Flagged tasks with no specific deadline—your "do this soon" pile.
Someday: Unscheduled, unflagged tasks—your backlog.
Within each section, tasks are ordered exactly how you would want them. Flagged tasks always float to the top of their bucket. Tasks with specific times (like "Meeting at 2pm") are ordered chronologically. Finally, completed tasks automatically sink to the bottom of the section until the end of the day.

When you complete a task, it doesn't just vanish into the void. Tasks completed on the current day stay visible at the bottom of your Today list, giving you a satisfying record of what you've accomplished. At midnight, they quietly fold into the global Completed archive.
Owldo automatically groups tasks into logical sections: Overdue, Today, Later, Anytime (flagged without a date), and Someday.
Within each section, tasks are intelligently sorted. Flagged tasks rise to the top, timed tasks are ordered chronologically, and completed tasks sink to the bottom.
The Anytime section holds tasks that have no specific due date but have been flagged as important. It is perfect for a "do this soon" backlog.
