Owldo introduces Spaces: a rigid, flat, intentional way to separate the different areas of your life without the bureaucratic overhead of folders-inside-folders. It is a constraint that breeds clarity.

If you have to open a web app, wait for a loading spinner, and assign five metadata tags just to write down a single sentence, you will simply stop writing things down. We utilize a local-first SQLite architecture to guarantee zero-latency capture.
A Room for Every Project
A Space in Owldo is a dedicated room for a specific context. You might have a Space for "Client Redesign," another for "Home Renovations," and another for "Weekly Groceries."
When you click into a Space, everything else in the app fades away. You only see the notes and tasks relevant to that specific context, allowing you to compartmentalize your stress and focus deeply.
Archiving Over Deleting
When a project is finished, you don't want to delete the hard work you put in, but you also don't want it cluttering your active sidebar. Spaces can be safely archived. They disappear from your daily view but remain fully searchable if you ever need to reference a past decision.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I nest a Space inside another Space?
No. Owldo intentionally uses a flat structure to prevent the "where did I save that" anxiety caused by deep folder hierarchies.
Can I reorder my Spaces?
Yes. You can drag and drop Spaces in the sidebar to prioritize your most active projects.
